Florida Licensed Advanced Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support a health system dedicated to enhancing patient care, the full-time Florida Licensed Advanced Application Analyst will manage the build, testing, and support of Epic applications related to Patient Access, working remotely with occasional on-site support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, and support Cadence, Referrals, and Prelude Epic applications
• Serve as a Patient Access resource for new departments and Community Connect partnerships
• Collaborate with operational leaders to assess workflow needs and implement enhancement requests

Required qualifications

• Epic Cadence certification
• 3+ years of Epic Cadence build, support, and implementation experience
• Experience with Epic upgrade cycles and Change Management
• Strong understanding of appointment scheduling, registration, and referral management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
