Florida Licensed Advanced Practice Provider

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual clinic, a full-time Florida Licensed Advanced Practice Provider will deliver comprehensive clinical care remotely, focusing on preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management while collaborating with a dedicated support team.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote setting
• Support physicians with Epic inbox management and educate patients on treatment plans
• Drive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomes and collaborate with Care Team Members

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care setting
• Licensed in Florida and must have a minimum of 1 year of experience using Epic EMR
• Currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider
• Primary care experience with the ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions
• Tech-savvy with telemedicine experience and a clean background and medical malpractice history
