Florida Licensed Advisor Growth Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Advisor Growth and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with external and internal partners
• Recruit Advisors and assist them in identifying acquisition opportunities
• Oversee the creation and implementation of business plans to reach new markets

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within broker-dealers, RIAs, or Wealth Management
• 2-4 years of experience in a director-level capacity focused on advisor growth
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4-7 years of relevant training or industry background
• Preferred licenses include Series 6, 7, and 65/66 or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with clearing firms (LPL, Schwab, Fidelity) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access
