Florida Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic practice, the Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will engage with clients through virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and drive sales success while working remotely in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations
• Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video calls, tailoring recommendations to clients' aesthetic goals
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport with customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
