Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic practice, the Remote Florida Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and drive sales through proactive client engagement in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by conducting effective virtual consultations and engaging with clients
• Educate prospective customers on treatments and tailor recommendations to meet their aesthetic needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experiences and address customer concerns

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
