Job Summary

A company is looking for an After Hours On Call Nurse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary after-hours clinical leader for patients, caregivers, and on-call staff
• Triage incoming patient calls and coordinate care with on-call clinicians
• Monitor after-hours referrals and prepare activity reports summarizing calls and visits

Required Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing (Florida)
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and phone triage skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions after hours
• EMR experience required (KanTime preferred)
