Job Summary

To support the enrollment process for seniors, the full-time Florida Licensed Assessment Specialist will engage with potential participants primarily via phone, conducting medical needs assessments and fostering connections to ensure access to high-quality care in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct impactful outbound sales calls to pre-qualify leads for the PACE program, utilizing empathy and effective communication
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions and lead information in a CRM system to facilitate follow-ups and streamline the enrollment process
  • Collaborate with Enrollment Representatives to schedule intake meetings and contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience working with the frail and/or chronically ill elderly population
  • Proven sales experience in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center environment
  • Exceptional persuasive and negotiation abilities to encourage potential participants to join the PACE program
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads effectively
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college/university
