Job Summary

To support the enrollment process for seniors in a compassionate manner, the full-time Florida Licensed Assessment Specialist will engage in outbound sales calls, conduct medical needs assessments, and collaborate with Enrollment Representatives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conducting impactful outbound calls to pre-qualify leads for the PACE program and completing medical needs assessments
  • Exceeding monthly enrollment quotas by utilizing persuasive communication and effective sales techniques
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and lead information in a CRM system to facilitate follow-ups and appointments
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of healthcare experience working with the frail and/or chronically ill elderly population
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential participants
  • Exceptional persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college/university
