Florida Licensed Assistant General Counsel

Job Summary

Partnering directly with business teams, the hands-on Florida Licensed Assistant General Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on regulatory compliance, and manage legal matters for both RAW Nutrition and BUM Energy in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts including co-manufacturing and distribution agreements
• Advise marketing teams on advertising claims and compliance with FDA/FTC regulations
• Manage trademark, copyright, and consumer protection matters while coordinating with outside counsel

Required qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in Florida, or eligible for Florida Authorized House Counsel certification
• 3+ years of in-house legal experience
• 3 to 5 years of law firm experience
• Strong commercial and contracts background
