Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Nurse Operations Manager - Ambulatory - Triage Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations to ensure safe quality patient care and high patient satisfaction
• Design, implement, and evaluate care delivery models to improve patient outcomes
• Manage staffing levels and develop team members while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NALS, or TNCC as required by specialty area
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse in an advanced care setting
