Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Nurse Operations Manager for the Medical Surgical Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage unit operations, including nursing practice and administrative oversight
• Participate in recruitment, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor patient flow and ensure compliance with nursing best practices and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN or DNP preferred
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required
• Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting
