Florida Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to support existing attorneys and manage a diverse caseload in Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Review documentation for compliance with state and federal law and draft case-related documents
• Evaluate files, provide legal opinions, and manage title issues through litigation or non-litigated means
• Attend hearings and advise clients on various legal matters while managing deadlines and dockets

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Membership and good standing with the Florida State Bar
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Experience in foreclosure, title, and/or financial services
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
