Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Set high standards for excellence and maintain professional communication with clients
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff, while mentoring junior attorneys to contribute to team success

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of Florida
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred
