Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Maintain professional communication with clients and build relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of Florida
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred
