Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Associate Attorney specializing in Complex Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft briefs, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents in complex matters
• Conduct advanced legal research and analysis on challenging issues
• Assist with discovery, case development, and trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally around 3 to 6 years
• Complex litigation experience required
• High-level analytical and writing skills required
• Must be based in Florida
• Commercial litigation, content or media law, and intellectual property experience are a plus
