Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney with 7+ years of experience in Commercial & Real Estate Litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and day-to-day counsel to clients on litigation matters
• Handle motion practice before courts in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach
• Manage client relationships and support business development

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a Florida law firm environment
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong client communication skills
• Strong experience in commercial & real estate litigation
• Proven skills in legal research, negotiation, and trial work
