Job Summary

Motivated and newly licensed, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Associate Attorney will manage legal matters from start to finish, including case management, legal research, and client representation in court hearings throughout Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases from filing through post-judgment
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings across Florida

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license (required)
• 0-3 years of experience (litigation, collections, or bankruptcy preferred)
• Courtroom or hearing experience (preferred)
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases
