Job Summary

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Associate Attorney will manage cases from filing through post-judgment, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court hearings remotely.

• Manage cases from filing through post-judgment
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings across Florida

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license (required)
• 0-3 years of experience (litigation, collections, or bankruptcy preferred)
• Courtroom or hearing experience (preferred)
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases
