Job Summary
To support its Insurance Coverage Group, a full-time Florida Licensed Associate Attorney will manage third-party insurance coverage and bad faith matters, drafting coverage opinions and representing insurer clients in litigation, with the flexibility to work remotely within Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Handle third-party insurance coverage and bad faith matters from inception through resolution
- Draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters
- Represent insurers in coverage litigation and related bad faith proceedings
Required qualifications
- Active Florida law license in good standing
- At least 2 years of experience in third-party insurance coverage and bad faith matters
- Experience drafting coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters
- Strong litigation skills, including motion practice and discovery
- Federal court experience preferred
