Key responsibilities:
- Manage an active caseload of pre-litigation and litigation cases with team support
- Effectively work up cases and negotiate settlements
- Maintain a detail-oriented, outcome-focused approach to achieve the best results for clients
Required qualifications:
- Florida Bar License
- 1-5 years of civil litigation and personal injury experience
- Trial experience preferred
- Conversational and written Spanish proficiency preferred
- History of playing organized, competitive sports from high school onward is a plus
