Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including vendor, client, and employment contracts
• Manage compliance with employment laws and state regulatory requirements
• Support corporate governance and assist with cross-functional projects involving HR, finance, operations, and sales

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the candidate's residing state
• 7+ years of legal experience in corporate, compliance, licensing, commercial, and employment law
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Experience with human resources and employment law
• Willingness to travel a few times a year for meetings
