Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Vendor Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice regarding vendor contracting and regulatory compliance
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, policies, and procedures
• Manage outside counsel and direct training and process improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 5+ years of experience in corporate or health law
• 5+ years of experience with government contract law and managed care preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA marketplace regulations preferred
• Bar Admission and currently in good standing required
