Job Summary

Supporting lead project managers, the full-time Florida Licensed Associate Project Manager will assist in delivering permitting outcomes, conducting permit research, and collaborating with city staff in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist lead project managers in achieving efficient permitting outcomes for clients
• Conduct accurate permit research and prepare necessary permit plans
• Collaborate with city officials to address nuances and monitor permit statuses

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in construction management or architecture with a focus on project management
• Experience in applying for and obtaining construction permits
• Strong research skills with a focus on permit requirements
• Ability to interface effectively with city staff and navigate administrative processes
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and clear communication skills
