Florida Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

Supporting a global AdTech company's commercial legal team, the temporary full-time Florida Licensed Attorney will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements while managing contract redlines and advising on GDPR-related provisions in a remote environment for approximately three months.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, focusing on insertion orders with IAB standard terms
• Manage and respond to contract redlines from EMEA-based customers, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Provide guidance on Data Processing Agreements and GDPR-related provisions while supporting cross-border commercial transactions

Required qualifications

• Active bar admission required in FL, GA, MA, PA, NJ, or NY, with candidates residing in one of these states
• Approximately 5+ years of experience handling commercial contracts, with law firm training preferred
• Strong understanding of GDPR fundamentals; advanced data privacy experience is a plus
• Experience with EMEA counterparties and cross-border commercial agreements strongly preferred
• Familiarity with AdTech, digital advertising, or media industry agreements preferred
