Job Summary

Managing a caseload of non-represented bodily injury claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Auto Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve low-complexity automobile claims remotely while ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage non-represented bodily injury and related property damage claims
• Review documentation to determine coverage, liability, and damages for claims
• Negotiate fair and timely settlements for bodily injury and property damage claims

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automobile claims adjusting with prior bodily injury claims experience
• Active Florida All-Lines Adjuster License
• Strong investigative, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting productivity expectations
