Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

Managing first and third-party claims with low complexity, the full-time Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will evaluate, investigate, and settle claims remotely while providing high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and investigate policy coverage, liability, and damages according to claims guidelines
• Assist customers with claims-related inquiries through phone and written correspondence
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain appropriate documentation for open claims

Required qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of property claims handling experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• Must have or secure appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Proficient PC and Windows skills
• Completion of INS or other insurance-related courses preferred
