Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

As a Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the evaluation, investigation, and settlement of low complexity first and third-party claims, ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with claims guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and investigate policy coverage, liability, and damages in accordance with established claims guidelines
• Assist customers with claims-related inquiries through effective communication via phone and written correspondence
• Conduct thorough investigations, including obtaining necessary documents and conducting recorded statements

Required qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of property claims handling experience
• Must possess or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient PC and Windows skills
• Completion of INS or other insurance-related courses preferred
