Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

As a Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of Auto Liability claims, including both single and multiple-vehicle losses, while ensuring compliance with coverage and legal liability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage and determine liability, including interviewing involved parties and securing evidence
• Handle property damage claims for first- and third-party claimants, demonstrating strong negotiation and evaluation skills
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and work with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary, while maintaining communication with all stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Possession of a valid state adjuster license and commitment to continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
