Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of Auto Liability claims, ensuring proper coverage determination and legal liability assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations, including interviewing involved parties and collecting evidence, to analyze coverage and determine liability
• Assume responsibility for property damage claims, including those involving attorney-represented and non-represented parties
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
