Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will review, evaluate, investigate, and settle low complexity first and third-party claims while ensuring high levels of customer service and adherence to company guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and investigate policy coverage, liability, and damages in accordance with claims guidelines
• Assist customers with claims-related inquiries via phone and written correspondence
• Conduct thorough investigations and maintain appropriate documentation for open claims

Required qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of property claims handling experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• Proficient in PC and Windows applications
• Must secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Completion of INS or other insurance-related courses preferred
