Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

As a Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, disposition, and settlement of Auto Liability claims, ensuring proper coverage and legal liability assessments for both single and multiple-vehicle losses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews, documentation collection, and evidence securing, to analyze coverage and determine liability
• Handle property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, demonstrating strong negotiation and evaluation skills
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must possess or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
