Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Florida Licensed Auto Liability Specialist, the successful candidate will manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of Auto Liability claims, ensuring coverage determination and legal liability resolution for various claim types.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, liability, and damages, including interviewing involved parties and securing evidence
• Assume responsibility for property damage claims, engaging with both first- and third-party claimants, including attorney-represented parties
• Evaluate claims for potential fraud and negotiate settlements while maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must have or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
