Job Summary

Transforming complex bid documents into winning AV solutions, the full-time Pre-Sales AV Design Engineer will design commercial AV systems, develop technical documentation, and collaborate with sales teams while working remotely from Florida, Georgia, or Tennessee.

Key responsibilities

• Design commercial AV systems for competitive bids
• Develop shop drawings, pull sheets, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with sales to deliver technically sound proposals and identify project risks

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial audiovisual system design or engineering experience
• AVIXA CTS certification required (CTS-D preferred)
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, D-Tools, Bluebeam, and related AV design tools
• Ability to read architectural and construction drawings
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bid deadlines
