Florida Licensed Aviation Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Aviation Project Architect with experience in airport-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform architectural design and planning assignments under general supervision
• Create and modify architectural project designs and drawings; manage design review and project scheduling
• Coordinate with clients, project consultants, and engineers while maintaining project records and drawings

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in the design of airport or large-scale commercial projects
• Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree is a plus
• Florida Architectural License or NCARB certification required; LEED accreditation preferred
• Proficient in Revit and advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated to meet deadlines and improve processes and deliverables
