Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney to join its national bankruptcy practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft motions for relief from the automatic stay and prepare secured creditor proofs of claims
• Certify and ensure timely updates of the Firm's systems of record for important dates and communications
• Manage a substantial caseload while directing and guiding support staff

Required Qualifications

• Bar License in the state of Florida (Required)
• More than eight (8) years of experience in civil litigation, real estate, or equivalent experience
• Preferred knowledge of TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA
• Experience in appellate practice is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff
