Key Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters
• Represent corporate debtors, creditors' committees, individual creditors, and third-party purchasers
• Work independently and engage in both part-time and full-time roles

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy experience
• Prior private practice experience at a full-service corporate law firm
• Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding references
