Florida Licensed Behavior Analyst Instructor

Job Summary

To support the ABA Online program, the full-time Florida Licensed Behavior Analyst Instructor will conduct online instructional meetings, facilitate student engagement, and provide coverage for absent instructors while working remotely with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned sections for the ABA Online program, ensuring timely and engaging online meetings while monitoring student progress
• Provide academic support for lead instructors and students, including grading, responding to inquiries, and conducting office hours
• Assist with accreditation-related tasks and support faculty in maintaining program standards

Required qualifications

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D in good standing
• Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field
• University teaching experience
