Florida Licensed Behavior Analyst Instructor

Job Summary

To support the ABA Online program, the full-time Florida Licensed Behavior Analyst Instructor will conduct online instructional meetings, facilitate student engagement, and provide substitute coverage for instructors as needed, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned sections for the ABA Online program, ensuring timely conduct of online meetings and promoting student engagement
• Provide academic support, respond to student inquiries, assist with grading, and conduct office hours or exam reviews
• Assist faculty with accreditation tasks and attend on-campus meetings up to six times per year

Required qualifications

• Maintain certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D in good standing
• Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field
• University teaching experience
