Job Summary
Providing virtual psychoeducational support, the full-time Florida Licensed Behavior Specialist will assess behaviors, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate group sessions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver virtual psychoeducational groups and conduct environmental context assessments to identify patient triggers
- Guide patients through skill practice for real-world scenarios and manage virtual group dynamics
- Document mental health services and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to adjust care plans as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) if working in an Addiction Recovery program
- Minimum of 12 months relevant experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) or related fields
- Compliance training with Residential Care Center (RCC) and Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) standards
- Training on telehealth platforms and technical troubleshooting with patients
