Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison to support improved coordination of services and collaboration across the healthcare continuum.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant to providers, addressing barriers impacting member care and outcomes
• Interpret program results and develop data-driven analysis to measure effectiveness and ROI
• Collaborate with internal and external departments on provider education and outreach initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health, or graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing
• 4-6 years of related experience in behavioral health outpatient care
• Active, unrestricted Florida clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN)
• Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse
• Familiarity with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement
