Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Sales Executive, PEO (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train new agents while promoting the company's unique offerings
  • Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to enhance sales activity and product understanding
  • Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment to ensure a seamless benefits selling experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role (required)
  • Associate's Degree (preferred)
  • Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
  • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
