Job Summary
To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time Florida Licensed Bilingual Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans in both English and Spanish.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, including Spanish-speaking clients, via telehealth
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools in both English and Spanish
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans while monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
Required qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct full clinical assessments and therapy sessions in both languages
- Ability to support the team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
- Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
