Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify new loan submissions and ensure completeness
Compile and process all loan documents in a timely manner to meet projected closing dates
Communicate with various stakeholders to facilitate loan approval and closing processes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of current or recent FHA/VA Loan Processing experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Experience processing Florida loans
Proficiency in Encompass and nCino
High school diploma or equivalent
