Florida Licensed Bilingual Therapist

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team focused on senior mental health care, the part-time Florida Licensed Bilingual Therapist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, design personalized treatment plans, and manage electronic documentation in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults, including Spanish-speaking clients, in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient
• Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices

Required qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct full therapy sessions in both languages
• A completed master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• An active clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Experience working with the geriatric population
• Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
