Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial properties in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage project initiation
• Negotiate business terms as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent
• Track transaction activities, prepare reports, and maintain a real estate project tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational and sophisticated math skills
