Florida Licensed Billing Manager

Job Summary

Florida Licensed Billing Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing the billing department's functions, including claims submission, account resolution, and compliance with payor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Billing Department, including policy monitoring and revisions
• Establish internal controls for timely and accurate billing to third-party payors
• Analyze A/R performance metrics and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of five (5) years of health billing and collections experience
• At least one (1) year of management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Home Health, Hospice, and third-party billing regulations
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and database management
