Working remotely, the Florida Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving litigation, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents with attorney involvement, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels, including calls, emails, and texts
• Negotiate injury settlements for severe, complex, and moderate litigation files within Florida

Required qualifications

• Active Florida Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster license
• Experience handling litigation claims related to automobile accidents
• Proficient in using digital platforms and tools for claims management
• Strong understanding of coverage and liability assessment in bodily injury cases
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
