Job Summary

Working remotely from home, the Florida Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages for represented claims
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process
• Utilize innovative platforms and tools to negotiate injury settlements with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Valid Florida Adjuster License (Bodily Injury)
• Experience in handling casualty claims, particularly with attorney involvement
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage determination
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools for customer and attorney interactions
