Job Summary

Investigating and adjusting low to moderately complex auto claims, the full-time Florida Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will negotiate settlements for third-party injuries and uninsured motorist losses while working remotely without travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate auto claims, confirming coverage and determining liability
• Negotiate and settle injury claims with claimants, policyholders, or their attorneys
• Provide claims service through various channels to members and third-party customers

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of auto claims adjusting experience required
• 2+ years of experience handling injury claims required
• Insurance Adjuster License required
• Experience in a contact center environment preferred
