Key Responsibilities

• Advise on legal risks related to policy interpretations and claims settlements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Collaborate with the claims department and provide strategic recommendations during legal proceedings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on automobile accidents
• Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
